Allstate Consultants provided planning, zoning and engineering services for Centerstate Crossing, a 250 acre commercial and office development in Columbia, Missouri.  This project included extending Vandiver Drive and connecting it to U.S. Highway 63 with a “folded diamond” interchange.  Site engineering and zoning services were provided for Bass Pro Shops, Hilton Garden Inn, Lonestar Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesdays, Menards and other within the development.
