City of New Bloomfield, Missouri

Allstate Consultants has provided consulting engineering services for the City of New Bloomfield, MO on two infrastructure improvement projects and has assisted in development of city ordinances, easement acquisition, rezoning issues, and annexation expansion.

Allstate Consultants LLC provided the preliminary planning and civil design of a Water and Wastewater Improvements Project.  Two million dollars of the project costs were funded by the USDA Grant and Loan program, our team members worked closely with City Staff to complete all applications required to obtain such funding. The project was initiated in 2001, which featured sanitary sewer line extensions to unsewered areas, construction of a new 150,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, waterline extensions and replacements, and roadway improvements.  Allstate Consultants provided construction administration and observation services on the project, which was completed in 2007. 

The City Hall Handicap Parking and Storm Sewer Improvements Project provided handicap accessibility, expanded parking and improved storm water drainage around the City Hall and the City Park.
