Bethel Ridge Independent Living Facility

The Bethel Ridge Independent Living Facility is a 3-story, 42 unit apartment building for seniors age 62 and older.  Allstate Consultants coordinated with the owner, architect and landscape architect to provide platting, rezoning, site design, construction plan preparation and construction staking services for the project.  Site design consisted of grading, parking lot, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, underground storm water detention and coordination with secondary utilities.
