Allstate Consultants provided site engineering services for “The Links at Columbia” a 118 acre apartment and golf course community.

The project included 768 units and a 9 hole golf course overlook Hominy Branch Creek.  Other features of this project include a concrete public trail; a 30’ x 10’ low profile arch culvert over Hominy Branch Creek; and a 3 cell box culvert providing four trail/cart path and Hominy Branch Creek passage under Clark Lane.
