Magnolia Falls is a 71 acre residential subdivision consisting of 81 single family residential and 5 multi-family residential lots.  Allstate Consultants provided platting, site design, construction plan preparation and construction staking services for the project.  Site design involved grading, streets, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and coordination with secondary utilities.  The project also required minimizing mature tree removal and compliance with the City of Columbia’s Stream Buffer Ordinance.
