Caterpillar, Inc. is experiencing an increase in demand for products manufactured by its fused rubber products division.  One of their manufacturing facilities is located in Boonville, Missouri.  This increase in business has made it necessary for Caterpillar to expand this facility using the Design-Build Process.

Allstate Consultants was the site-civil engineer on the design-build team of Little Dixie Construction, the design-build contractor Caterpillar selected to complete the work.
