The Villages at Arbor Pointe
Columbia, Missouri

Allstate Consultants utilized its GPS with RTK capabilities to establish a control network around this 275 acre tract on the north side of Columbia, Missouri.  Within this control network we were able to establish the boundary and complete a topographic survey with the RTK system attached to our Polaris ATV.  From the boundary information, descriptions for zoning and annexation were derived, then subdivision plats creating residential and commercial lots were completed.  From topographic survey, engineering design plans for streets and sewers were completed.
