Allstate Consultants engineering technicians routinely perform atterberg limits determinations to assist in classifying and evaluating the engineering properties of clay soils. Atterberg limits and consolidation tests were conducted for a new elevated water tank in King City, Mo. Allstate Consultants completed a geotechnical investigation and the civil design of this elevated water tank.
