Intersection Improvement Analysis for a 5 legged intersection adjacent to Central High School in Park Hills, MO

Allstate Consultants was selected to conduct a traffic study to provide recommendations for improving an existing 5 legged intersection.  The existing intersection was stop controlled in two directions and had limited sight distance at three of the approaches.  The study ultimately recommended a single lane roundabout.  A geometric layout was provided to the city and the city’s engineer prepared the construction plans.
